The new window is wonderful and the process was relatively easy. Communication throughout. Originally was told they would help me with info needed for warranty. Later found out this wasn't true. Initial wording on the quote helped, but final details needed were declined. That part was disappointing.

Working with Window World was a great experience from start to finish. Reasonable pricing. We had 16 windows replaced, including a bay window and they completed the project in 1 day. The windows look outstanding and made such a positive impact on the aesthetics of our home.

Ms. April Nelson at the Texarkana, Texas office is an outstanding professional lady!!!!!!! Was unfamiliar with the Mulebox rental program. Not any longer. Ms. Nelson went out of her way to educate me and followed up to check on my pending move. Am so greatful for patience in this stressful situation. Will certainly be using Window World for other future needs. Thanks so much Lady.

Marc Easley is the man. He was timely, very professional, and most importantly answered all my questions my wife and I had about windows. Great guy and looking forward doing business with this great guy.

Marc Easley did a great job with the presentation and figuring a price we could afford. We are looking forward to the next few weeks to get our windows built and installed.
Update: Windows are in and looking good. We didn’t fully realize how much the new windows would cut down on drafts and outside noise. Looking forward to seeing what kind of savings we get on the electric bill.

Window World of Texarkana replaced 11 large windows at our house and did a wonderful job. The design/salesperson was very articulate and professional. He was efficient in his presentation and in providing us with a quote and didn’t waste a lot of our time with unnecessary demo’s etc. Je was very proficient. The windows were ordered and the install went well. The installation team that came did a tremendous job. They were hardworking, very conscientious, professional and took pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier.
